Business bank account: It is highly imperative to setup a business account as soon as possible. If you are not sure on how to setup a business bank account, let us know and we will be able to help you.
Software: We can advise which bookkeeping software will be suitable for your need.
Free incorporation included
We can setup and incorporate your new limited company for free if you sign up for your limited company accountancy services and continue with our services for 12 months. We will also guide you through the process of setting everything up.
You will need to think about a suitable name for your new company, we will then check the availability with the companies register. Once the company name is decided, you will then need to think about the structure of the company, i.e. the number of shareholders and the amount of share capital per share, company’s registered address and directors etc.
We can register your limited company for you, saving you around £130!
Is my startup business eligible for the offer?
